Overcoming the emotions is sometimes hard, yet it’s possible to get through them when you start to explain them in writing. At least it works for me. And this was the case when I needed to write.

I hate change with a passion. And “rolling with the punches” gets old when it feels like that’s the only thing I’m doing lately.

How often do you consciously think about breathing? I know I do when I am stressed and have trouble inhaling, gasping for air instead. Probably those who have asthma know that feeling as well. The desire and struggle to simply breathe.

Thoughts inspired by my pastor’s sermon and Jesus’ phrase in Luke 14:11 “For all those who exalt themselves will be humbled, and those who humble themselves will be exalted.”

I signed up for a fitness program. It’s a two-week program, 6 days a week, with just Sundays to get some rest between the training. It’s going to be fun.
