On Monday, my friend and I went to a store to find a present for another friend of ours.

While we were looking for things to get, I saw something else.

Silicone muffin molds. Colorful muffin molds. (Remember I mentioned I like all things for kids?)

I got two packs for myself.

On Tuesday, I opened them and decided to try them out.

Since I didn’t have much at home in regards to ingredients (I need to finally go grocery storing sometime SOON), I decided to go for the easiest recipe.

Eggs, sugar, flour. (Whipped egg whites with sugar, then flour, then added yolks.)

The standard dosage turned out to be perfect – not too much, not too little.

It also didn’t require as much time to bake as a whole cake in one pan.

Some have cinnamon on top, some don’t. My admin manager at work doesn’t like cinnamon, so cinnamon-less muffins were for her – we usually have coffee together in the morning (and a couple of times during the day).

I am happy with my [new] muffin molds.
