[conference presentation]

[conference presentation]

A bit less than two weeks ago, I shared about the retreat that we had for “Parents, Teens, and In-Betweens.”

My friend and I had some creative time together and threw a little presentation together so that we could share with the Church what has been going on – and to thank all those who supported the conference by prayers and financial help for those who could not pay their part.

The song “In Christ Alone” by Newsboys is not chosen on random – it was one of the new songs that we have started singing at the conference (since we have found out that there is a Russian translation of the song) and it has been my favorite song for quite some time. Good lyrics and message there! ๐Ÿ™‚

This is just a tiny preview of all that took place at that conference – since the sermons / seminars / etc were amazing and thought-provoking, everyone was listening instead of taking pictures / videos.

We are hoping to do something similar in October and take grandparents with the teens and parents, so that the generations would get even closer together. If it all will work out, it will be amazing – one more step toward a healthy Church family. Prayers are welcome ๐Ÿ˜‰

Thanks for sharing that with us. It looks like you all had a wonderful time and really enjoyed fellowshipping together.

    • it was really great, Rick – I haven't had such a good time in a long time. Most of the time, the people who go to camps or conferences of this kind are people who work with kids – but here it was amazing to see the kids' PARENTS get involved – and that was what made it all a great time – the time of bonding.

  • Loved it Zee! Thanks for sharing it with this American. Loved seeing the smiles. Got a kick out of the two girls who couldn't figure out which way to go with the soccer balls between their knees. I would have howled if I had been there.

    • It was hilarious – we all dubbed that moment as "the battle of the titans" ๐Ÿ˜€ we laughed soooo hard… (and keep in mind – in the video it was double speed – in reality they stood there for a few seconds ๐Ÿ˜€ which added to the fun part)
