[5-minute-friday: i feel most loved when…]
5 minutes of concentrated writing. This Friday the theme is “I feel most loved when…”

I had to think for a moment, but then I knew the answer to that simple (yet motivating) question.
I feel most loved when I am in my mother’s arms. Quite cliché and some may think that I am too old for that, yet I am determined to enjoy that pleasure as long as I can.
I love it when we spend time together, just the two of us girls. I love to go shopping with her and imagining what feast we can cook up together. Even when it’s simply sitting together, immersed in laptops, and drinking tea, sharing jokes and stories from the days at work.
Mothers sure know how to love.
When I grow up (I mean, when I will have little ones of my own), I hope they will enjoy spending time with me just like I love spending time with mom. It’s more than just a mother-daughter relationship. It’s friendship that reaches beyond the usual boundaries of friendship.
